One name. Chosen for you, not sold to you.

We introduce you to one agent – sometimes two – who have closed for EOD families near your next duty station. That is the entire referral product.

How a referral actually works

No lead form, no call center, no list your number ends up on.

1

You tell us where

Duty station, timeline, price band and anything unusual about your situation. Two minutes.

2

We pick

A person looks at your file and picks a name, then writes you why they picked that one.

3

A warm introduction

One email, three people on it. Your information goes nowhere else, ever.

4

You review them

After closing we ask how it went, and the answer is published on their profile.

Vetting

What “vetted” means here, specifically.

Most referral networks mean “paid us to be listed.” Ours means an agent cleared every one of these, and stays in only while they keep clearing them.

  • At least [XX] closed VA transactions, verified against the MLS record
  • A recorded interview with our network manager, re-run every [XX] months
  • A written brief on the EOD career field, PCS timelines and appraisal realities
  • Agreement to our referral-fee disclosure, given to you in writing before introduction
  • A post-closing review from every family we send – published, good or bad
  • Removal from the network after [X] reviews below [X.X]

For agents

If you want to be in this network, read this part first.

We send a small number of high-intent families to a small number of agents. In exchange we ask for a referral fee, a portion of which funds our grant pool, and we publish every review a family gives you – including the bad ones.

If that sounds like a bad trade, it probably is for you, and we would rather find that out now.
